Back-to-School is an annual community-focused activation designed to increase local engagement, support families with essential resources, and drive foot traffic to Florida Blue retail centers. This initiative was executed as a same-day, multi-location event series across multiple markets, requiring simultaneous coordination of local vendors, nonprofit partners, and on-site programming at each participating center.

With individual locations serving over 500 attendees, this four-center activation collectively supports around 2,000 community members through school supply distribution, health education resources, and family-friendly programming.

Each activation brought together partners including the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida, Florida Department of Health, Advent Health, Community Health Centers and more to provide essential resources while strengthening brand presence within surrounding neighborhoods.
