In-center educational programming

Florida Blue Retail Centers serve as community-based spaces where individuals can meet with licensed sales and services agents to better understand their health insurance coverage, connect with care providers, or receive support from on-site registered nurses and social workers. Designed to help community members navigate the healthcare system and make informed decisions, these centers aim to leave the communities they serve healthier.

To support this mission, each location offers a wide range of free programming open to all community members, regardless of insurance provider. Classes and events range from arts and crafts, painting, and fitness classes to physician-led presentations, family-focused workshops, and community services such as free tax preparation with United Way of Central Florida, Vaccinations with Walgreens, OneBlood donation drives, and first aid trainings with American Red Cross.
